WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Visualization is a way to cross-reference all the other findings. Your chiropractor is an expert in looking for subtle changes in your posture and movement which could indicate any problems.
The instrument detects uneven distributions of heat along the spine which can be indicative of inflammation and nerve pressure. This instrument is guided down the length of your back and feels like two fingers gliding down each side of your spine.
This is simply the process of feeling (or palpating) your spine in a stationary (or static) position. Your chiropractor will feel for the presence of swelling (or edema), tenderness and any abnormal texture or tightness in the muscles and other tissues of your back.
This process involves feeling the spine while moving and bending it at various angles. This enables the chiropractor to determine how easily or difficult each segment in your spine moves in different directions.
X-ray films enable your doctor to visualize the entire structure of your spine. This is helpful in evaluating posture, joint, and disc integrity, vertebral misalignments and ruling out any pathologies, or recent fractures that may be present or contributing to the patient’s condition. These full-spine radiographs are taken in the standing, weight-bearing position to fully substantiate the examination findings.
THE GONSTEAD SYSTEM
Specific - Scientific
Gonstead procedures are the result of extensive clinical research by Clarence S.Gonstead, founder of the world-famous Gonstead Clinic of Chiropractic in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, and his associates. Doctor Gonstead’s fifty-five years of continuous practice and over four million chiropractic adjustments resulted in a complete method of biomechanical analysis available for use by today’s doctors of chiropractic. This analysis takes time, and mastering the art of delivering a specific adjustment takes a LOT of practice and dedication.
At Reformation Chiropractic our mission is to restore health and hope to the people of our community and to revitalize faith in our body's natural ability to heal itself through specific, neurologically-based chiropractic care.
DR. ROBERT WHITE
Dr. Robert grew up in Central FL and is an alumnus of UCF. He played baseball most of his life up until his senior year of High School, but due to a shoulder injury, he ended up in every doctor's office in the area. After 2 years of no results, he grew desperate and decided to give chiropractic a try. After no more than 4 weeks, his shoulder injury had resolved! Shortly after, his interest shifted away from baseball and towards chiropractic.
He was given the privilege of shadowing his chiropractor and he saw daily miracles that blew him away! People of all ages and backgrounds would walk in hurt, broken, and hopeless, and leave healed! Going into his junior year of High School, he decided to make the life decision of becoming a chiropractor himself.
Dr. Robert graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic's Florida campus. Due to his exceptional care in the school's outpatient clinic, he was blessed with the Clinical Excellence Award by the college. He is also accumulated several hundred hours of Gonstead specific chiropractic training.
Dr. Robert's vision is for every family to have a great chiropractor on their team.
